Rum – A Global History was released in April of 2012, and received positive reviews in the Boston Globe and other mainstream publications, as well as specialty websites like AllStarCask.com. There are posts on this site’s archives that include songs and poems about rum, questions from readers answered to the best of my ability, and various tidbits of information that didn’t fit in the book.

Food in the Air and Space – The Surprising History of Food and Drink in the Skies was released by Rowman & Littlefield in 2015. I could only fit a limited number of pictures in the book, and those in monochrome, but there are many more in the “Site Archives” section of this site.
